"Zu Stehen" means "to stand". But, what does that mean?

In this book we have investigated, the concepts of being able to stand, stand against, stand up, stand together and to have something standing.

You who _____ in this book must draw your own interpretations and conclusions.
We can`t tell you where to stand by the printing press of life. 

"Zu Stehen" is a collaborative project between Malakias Liebmann and Vilde Rudjord. Over 10 days, a linoleum plate each, every day; which have become 20 plates; as have become 240 prints; 120 pages and finally  to 12 books.
